Video-Policy

The AtomicTorch Studio's video content guidelines.

We are passionate about allowing our players, video creators and streamers the freedom to express themselves whilst enjoying the games we create. To ensure that you do so fairly, and in line with intellectual property and specifically copyright rules, we have set out the following guidelines for the use of gameplay from our games ("Gaming Content").

1. Platforms and content
You may create, upload, livestream and monetize videos on public video sharing platforms (such as YouTube) and online live streaming platforms (such as Twitch) using our Gaming Content. You may create reviews, tutorials, walkthroughs, Let’s Play, reactions, instructionals, speedruns, and other "commentary" style videos.

2. Monetization
You are free to monetize videos and streams containing Gaming Content but only using the authorized Monetization Methods which are limited to: platform partner programs, advertising, superchats and donations. Other forms of monetization of our intellectual property for commercial purposes are not permitted including limiting access to our content for payment of any kind or licensing our content to another company for a fee of any kind.

3. Publicly available content
You may only use our Gaming Content which has been officially released to the public, or from promotional materials officially released (such as product trailers).

4. Creative input
We encourage you to create videos that include your own creative input and commentary on our Gaming Content.

5. Non affiliation
You are not permitted to imply or state that your videos are officially affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by us.

6. Third party content
If you want to use any intellectual property of a third party (e.g., music) together with our Gaming Content, you are responsible for obtaining all necessary third-party permissions. Additionally, game soundtracks may not be posted or distributed separately and apart from game footage.

7. Reservation
We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe is unlawful, infringing, inappropriate, or not in line with these Guidelines at any time, without notice or any liability to you.

8. Link to Video-Policy
Please note that we may not always be able to respond to all individual requests for clearance or questions about video-content guidelines from players, so please feel free to share the link to this Video-Policy (https://atomictorch.com/Pages/Video-Policy) with anyone requesting such information.

We will update these Guidelines from time to time. Please refer to the latest version on our website before sharing your content.
